Hello Summer!

It’s hot! Time for BBQ’s – Good thing we offer screened porches! Everyone has just about adjusted to summer, the yards are green, flowers so pretty – the community looks awesome!

November is here and gone!

Well! November found us all very busy lots of sales, some pre-sales getting finished – everyone wants in before the Holiday!  We have 5 new homeowners joining our community this December. What a great Christmas gift – a new house!  You may have noticed some more under contract signs on the vacent homesites – yes, that will be more new neighbors, yeah!

Open House and Hot Summer Days!

The building team has been hard at work keeping the community beautiful, adding new homes and getting ready for company! Our open house is Sunday from 2- 5 – come see what we have been up to!

Summertime and Lots of new neighbors!

Well it is sure hot! I hope you have had time to picnic in the new park. We have moved to another model home – but guess what? Before we could get settled it has sold too! I keep becoming “homeless” ha! We will need to move again – details soon! We also have had two closings already this month and we have two more scheduled this week and one more the next – what a busy June! Be sure to say Hello to the new neighbors!

New Model Grand Opening

Well, the new model home grand opening is scheduled for Sunday but the home is sold already! The home sold in the first week it was listed. Not to worry however – we can still have a party. Come and see us this Sunday – find out where we will move next! We have 3 furnished homes open for touring – come and see the latest plans!

Picnic Time!

Our new park is a hit and it’s only been completed this afternoon. Several homeowners stopped by to see the final bales of mulch go in. The firepit will be completed this next week – but the picnic tables are ready for fun. One homeowner has already told me an outdoor movie night is in the works!

Latest news!

Our second park will be complete just in time for summer. Construction started about 2 weeks ago with the sidewalks and some new trees and mulch, the next phase begins next week. Have you been out on the walking trail this spring? You can also walk down to the river – it’s beautiful! Be sure and catch your new neighbors and say hello!

Springtime at Haleys Mill!

It’s time to rejoice, we have had a whole week of sunshine and great weather. The new green space park area is complete and although we can’t do anything about the pollen – it’s great to be outside. Lots of folks have been using the new inner loop sidewalks and meeting all the new residents of our great community. (We have 5 more scheduled to join us soon!) What do you think about the new exterior paint colors? Have you toured the new floorplans yet? The new model home is great and we will be having a grand opening party soon!
